Refund Policy

DuoCents is free to use. The only thing you can buy is duocoins, one-time prepaid credits that pay for AI usage. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

You can request a full refund of a duocoin pack within 14 days of purchase if you have not spent any of the duocoins in that pack.

If you have spent some duocoins, we may refund the unused portion at our discretion. We will also refund a purchase that was charged in error, charged twice, or not credited to your account.

Duocoins that have already been spent on AI usage cannot be refunded, because the AI processing has been performed and paid for.

Email support@duocents.com from the address on your account, with the date and amount of the purchase. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment provider, Creem, and may take several business days to appear.
